Order & Logistics Coordinator

Homefield Marketing creates retail-level, high-quality branded merchandise for companies across North America. From custom apparel to event kits to unique branded products, we manage thousands of orders each year and collaborate with international suppliers to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.

As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Order & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our production engine running smoothly.


About the Role


As the Order & Logistics Coordinator, you will be the operational heartbeat of our business. You’ll manage hundreds of in-progress orders at any given time, keeping timelines tight, communicating with suppliers internationally, and ensuring every product arrives exactly where it needs to be—on time, on budget, and looking great.

This is a mid-level, hands-on operational role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems before they become problems, and enjoys making sense of moving pieces.



This role is in-person in Downtown Toronto, with some hybrid flexibility.


Key Responsibilities


Order Management & Production Coordination
  • Manage the full lifecycle of promotional product orders—from PO creation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers on product specs, production timelines, artwork approvals, and shipping details.
  • Ensure multiple items from different suppliers arrive at the same location on synchronized schedules for events, kits, and client launches.


Shipping, Logistics & Problem-Solving
  • Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delays, customs issues, and courier challenges.
  • Work closely with freight partners, couriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border movement into the U.S. and Canada.
  • Think ahead and identify potential production or shipping issues before they impact clients.


Client Communication
  • Provide clients with clear, timely production updates and shipping statuses.
  • Manage expectations and flag any issues early with thoughtful solutions ready.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clients feel supported throughout the process.


Invoicing & Administrative Support
  • Create and manage invoices, track payments, and ensure supplier bills are processed accurately.
  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, proofs, and project files.
  • Assist in documenting and improving internal processes as Homefield grows.


Who You Are


  • Experience: 2–5 years in logistics, supply chain, order management, operations, or production coordination (preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment).
  • Extremely organized, with the ability to manage dozens of moving parts simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives under tight timelines and enjoys finding solutions.
  • A strong communicator—clear, professional, and positive with both clients and suppliers.
  • Comfortable with numbers—invoices, shipping costs, landed cost calculations, and budget tracking.
  • Tech-savvy: confident using CRMs, order management software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
  • A team player with initiative—you take ownership and look for better ways to do things.
  • Bonus: Experience with international shipping, customs, import duties, or working with overseas manufacturers.
