The Role
We’re hiring a hungry, Account Executive who knows how to own the whole sales cycle.
You’ll own a mix of warm inbound leads (coming in weekly) and self-generated outbound opportunities, with the autonomy to build and refine your own approach. This is not a “follow the script” role—we want someone who can think, experiment, and create repeatable processes that work.

What You’ll Do
- Close high-intent inbound leads coming in every week
- Build and execute outbound strategies targeting ideal customers across multiple verticals
- Identify patterns in what’s working—and double down fast
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → pitch → close
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to sharpen positioning and offers
- Continuously test messaging, channels, and targeting
- Use modern tools (including AI) to increase efficiency, personalization, and output
- Keep pipeline tight, organized, and moving
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client expectations consistently
- Experience balancing inbound + outbound sales
- Comfortable selling into multiple industries / verticals
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and build trust quickly
- Self-starter—you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum
AI & Tools
- Comfortable using (or eager to master) AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, etc.) for:
- Prospect research
- Personalization at scale
- Outreach optimization
- Workflow automation
- Familiarity with Tech tools (Notion, Slack, Teams, Canva etc.)
Compensation & Upside 💰
We believe great salespeople can drive growth and are motivated by a mixed comp structure.
- Base Salary: Competitive $65-85k (based on experience)
- Uncapped Commission: Team and Personal target based
- Performance Bonuses:Monthly and quarterly bonuses for hitting/exceeding targets
- Additional incentives for outbound-sourced deals
- Accelerators: Higher commission rates once you exceed quota
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Strong upside with no ceiling

- You’ve built a repeatable outbound engine that drives pipeline
- You’re exceeding quota—and increasing it
- You’re using AI and systems to move faster than everyone else
